Real estate developer Omaxe Ltd has sold 173 luxury residential units in Faridabad, generating around ₹800 crore and showing strong demand for premium housing in the National Capital Region.
The company also sold 120 shop-cum-office (SCO) commercial units for about ₹160 crore. Both residential and commercial sales were part of two newly launched projects — Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe — located within the integrated township World Street.
