Real estate developer Omaxe Ltd has sold 173 luxury residential units in Faridabad, generating around ₹800 crore and showing strong demand for premium housing in the National Capital Region.
The company also sold 120 shop-cum-office (SCO) commercial units for about ₹160 crore. Both residential and commercial sales were part of two newly launched projects — Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe — located within the integrated township World Street.

Comment: Mohit Goel of Omaxe said Faridabad has a growing base of affluent residents but lacked premium residential and commercial projects. Omaxe’s developments aim to fill this gap with integrated, world-class townships.
The strong sales response indicates growing demand for high-end housing and mixed-use projects in emerging NCR markets like Faridabad.
