Earlier, 1,168 flats launched in Pocket 9 under the same scheme have already seen around 75% booking, indicating sustained demand among government personnel. Similarly, under the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, a total of 1,944 LIG flats were offered in Sector G7/G8, Narela, out of which over 300 flats have already been sold on Day 1, reflecting steady demand from the general public.
