M3M India and Smartworld Developers have announced a strategic partnership with ELIE SAAB to develop Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB in Gurugram and Noida, marking the brand’s first branded residential developments in India. 
Designed as two distinct yet complementary projects, the developments translate ELIE SAAB’s signature design philosophy into refined living environments where architecture, interiors, and lifestyle converge seamlessly.
Located at Sector 111, SCDA (Smart City Delhi Airport), Gurugram, and Sector 98, Noida, the projects are envisioned as landmark addresses offering privacy, connectivity, and uncompromising luxury standards.
The collaboration brings together the regional expertise and delivery capabilities of M3M India and Smartworld Developers with ELIE SAAB’s refined design vision. Interiors and common areas will feature bespoke pieces from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, crafted in Italy.

The Gurugram project will feature 300 exclusive 4-bedroom residences, while the Noida development will offer a mix of premium residences and apartments, both supported by curated lifestyle amenities and scheduled for completion in 2030.
