WeWork India has leased more than 1.75 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru and Pune, further solidifying its presence in these key markets. 
The leased space includes 1 lakh square feet in Pune’s Blue Ridge IT City and 75,000 square feet in Bengaluru’s Prestige Sigma Tech Park. With this expansion, WeWork aims to meet the rising demand for flexible office solutions in India’s fast-evolving work environment.
This move is part of the company’s strategy to cater to both enterprises and startups, offering premium coworking spaces with modern infrastructure and amenities. As hybrid work models gain momentum, WeWork continues to align its offerings to meet the dynamic needs of businesses.
